HAVN Studios exists for one reason: to bring the same standard of craftsmanship JB Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery is known for to a category that too often settles for less.
“Materials chosen for how they age, not just how they photograph.”
To become Perth's leading premium garden room specialist.
We create bespoke outdoor spaces that transform the way people live, work and relax: architecturally inspired, fully customisable, and built to a standard that doesn't compromise.
Design and build beautiful, high-quality garden rooms.
We combine exceptional craftsmanship, thoughtful design and lasting value in every build, because a garden room should improve the way you live, not just add floor area.
A specialist studio, backed by an established name.
Bespoke Garden Rooms operates as a premium dual brand alongside JB Bespoke Carpentry & Joinery, specialising exclusively in architecturally inspired garden rooms, with a dedicated design process, portfolio and team. It carries the same craftsmanship and reputation, focused entirely on one category, done properly.
Brand values that shape every build.
Premium Quality
Materials and methods chosen for how they perform in ten years, not just how they photograph on day one.
Bespoke Design
Every project starts from your brief and your block, never a catalogue number.
Exceptional Craftsmanship
Built by tradespeople who treat a garden room with the same rigour as a house extension.
Turnkey Service
One team, one point of contact, from first sketch to the day you switch the lights on.
Long-Term Value
A build designed to add genuine, lasting value to your property, not just square metreage.
